- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called 911 on Saturday august 3 I have symptoms and was transported to st. Vincent's. It's now Monday. When I arrived i had my orthopedic knee brace that I have to wear everyday. Today after I was given an antipsychotic the nurse proceeded to badger me and said I could keep the brace on if I slept in the hallway. Can't sleep In the room much less the major hallway ON THE FLOOR!! I was told my brace is a safety issue for other patients. Not one person in there knew I had it on until the nurse yelled it out in the middle of the room. "they are trying to help me she said." What a joke. It was like a good cop bad cop game 85% of the nurses are cool the rest the them I will be contacting appropriate staffMay 28, 2017by Cathy H
